Village Center was a struggling business center in desperate need for a renovation. PPA Construction Services stepped in in 2015 and began reviving the property. Our team converted the existing spaces into professional business suites and greatly improved the curb appeal and traffic for the existing tenants. By 2017 the commercial suites were fully occupied and PPA then began converting the second floor into luxury extended stay suites.

Brownstown, PA

Brownstown Business Center was formerly home to a landscape architect firm. PPA Construction Services began converting the building into a mixed-use business center in September of 2017. By the spring of 2018, our team had the building divided into 10 business suites and two luxury extended-stay suites with a brand new façade. Brownstown Business Center is now a thriving business center operating at full occupancy

Meadowbrook was formerly a dilapidated farmers market that was left vacant for several years. Over the course of several years, PPA Construction Services completely transformed and converted this property into a staple business center for the local area. Meadowbrook is now home to several medical facilities, banks, retail shops and professional offices.

Once an outdated, forgotten residence, the Guest House at Shelter Haven is now a mixed use 4 unit property with incredible curb appeal and a stunning view of the Shelter Haven Basin. PPA Construction Services began the project in 2016 by first converting the first floor into two retail shops and the second floor into a 4 bedroom, 4 bath luxury apartment. Phase two of the project began in 2018. PPA Construction erected a second story addition; 8 bedroom, 8 bath luxury penthouse and completed the project in 9 months. The Guest House at Shelter Haven is now a premier destination for tourists visiting Stone Harbor.

9809 Third Avenue was formerly a surveyor’s office. After sitting vacant for months, PPA Realty Group stepped in a revitalized the property from top to bottom. Our construction service division divided the building into two units and gave it new life. It is now a mixed use building which is home to a retail shop and private residence. It is now a fully-leased premier location on one of the busiest streets in Stone Harbor.
