PROPERTIES WE MANAGE
PPA Realty Group began managing Leola Business Center at the Meadowbrook in 2003. Leola Business Center at the Meadowbrook is located just 10 minutes east of Lancaster City, serving all of Lancaster County. Formerly a vacant farmers market, it is now a thriving business center with over 36,000 square feet of commercial space divided into 19 units. Meadowbrook is home to medical facilities, a dental office, a bank, retail stores, professional offices, religious centers and service business.
Formerly known as the “Kurtz Center,” Village Center was a struggling business center for many years until PPA Realty Group began managing the property in 2016. Village Center has over 11,000 square feet of commercial space spread over 12 units and two 1,200 square foot extended stay suites. The building is Just 10 minutes east of Lancaster City. Village Center hosts a variety of businesses ranging from professional offices, a photo studio and a catering venue.

Recently acquired, PPA Realty Group has managed Mount Joy Business Center since late 2020. This 10,000 SF property is located right along Main St., the main hub of Mount Joy.
